Welcome to Melispa Massage. We look forward to providing you with the best possible care immediately, having created a homely, warm and relaxing environment in our 3 locations in Thessaloniki. Please note that our Melispa Massage policies are designed to ensure that each guest enjoys their experience to the fullest.

RESERVATIONS & ARRIVAL

All of our treatments at Melispa Massage are available by appointment only. To ensure availability, we recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance. Reservations are made either by phone or via our website. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare for your session. This provides ample time to familiarize yourself with the treatments on offer and choose the one that best suits you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance if you need to modify or cancel a scheduled appointment. For pre-purchased treatment series, the session will be removed from the series. Your understanding ensures the smooth flow of our services.

LATE ARRIVAL

We ask for your understanding that each service at Melispa Massage is carefully planned to ensure a complete and enjoyable experience. Your punctuality is crucial, as your late arrival may limit our ability to provide the fullest possible experience. Please note that delay will not result in an extension of scheduled treatments and you will be responsible for full payment for the service.

REGULATION OF INSTRUCTIONS

Please turn your mobile phone to silent mode during your visit to Melispa Massage to maintain a calm environment for other guests undergoing treatments.

GIFT CARDS

We offer Gift Cards for treatments from 30€ to 250€. Melispa Massage Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Furthermore, Gift Cards cannot be used partially and the remaining amount cannot be refunded in cash. Gift Cards can be used to purchase products and can be redeemed at any of our stores.

When booking, please inform us about the use of a Gift Card and be sure to present it at your scheduled appointment. According to our regulations, our gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

OFFERS Melispa Massage

Our stores may periodically run promotions and offers. Offers and promotions will have a specific duration and cannot be extended beyond that.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. This applies to both individual session prices and any series of treatments, as well as promotional offers. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

TREATMENT RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds for payment transactions for treatments that have already been purchased.
